4 Gallon Safety Cabinet for Flammable Liquids

This yellow safety cabinet for hazardous materials features a single manually closing door and is designed to securely store safety cans holding up to 4 gallons of flammable liquids. Constructed from cold-rolled steel, this cabinet is resistant to rust, dents, and certain chemicals, making it ideal for a range of commercial and industrial settings, as well as for home use.

The entire body of the cabinet is made from 2mm cold-rolled steel, with a double-wall design that adds extra durability. The air space between the walls is filled with fire-proof material, providing excellent fire resistance. An adjustable galvanized shelf inside the cabinet offers high corrosion resistance and can support a load of up to 35L of chemicals.

The cabinet also features a 50mm leak-proof sump to contain spills and prevent potential hazards, along with a drain hole for easy cleaning. A warning label on the cabinet is highly reflective and visible even in smoky conditions, while a grounded conductor helps to prevent static electricity.

For security, the cabinet is equipped with a three-point handle locking system to keep the doors securely closed. It can be locked using the built-in lock and/or a padlock. Two vents on either side of the cabinet ensure proper airflow. The door is fitted with a piano-type hinge for smooth and easy closing.
